From 1999 to 2006 I was given the honor of
displaying my amateur photography at the
Salmagundi Art Gallery on 5th
Avenue in New York. Below are samples of from what was displayed
over those years along with others that never made it to the gallery
walls.
I do not go out of my way to look for things to photograph.
I take pictures of what we see everyday. I have a passion for animals.
As Walt Whitman said in his work "Leaves of Grass", "they are so placid
and self contained. I stand and look at them long and long".
I hope you enjoy looking at these as much as I enjoyed photographing
them.
